After a successful bid, Home Resources signed the contract with Cadiz City Water District (CCWD) to design a database and develop software for the CCWD Management Information System. Representing CCWD were General Manager, Jesus Pedro Zaldarriaga, Dary Caceres, Winston Makilan, Rey Oplan and Feme Zamora. Home Resources was represented by Managing Owner Marita de la Paz, Network Adminstrator and Office Manager John de la Paz.

This new project covers the development of a system to handle collection and billing, field services, accounting, personnel, warehouse, motorpool, equipment maintenance and global information system.
